Through Titan Company Footprints, the company’s flagship volunteering initiative, Titan Company channels a deep-rooted spirit of service that defines every Titan Company-ian. Anchored in the enduring Tata values, Titan Company’s volunteers are creating meaningful change, one hour at a time.

In FY 2025, Titan Company employees dedicated over 38,575 hours to community service, averaging 4.2 hours per person. Each hour reflects a step toward Titan Company’s vision: “To create elevating experiences for the people we touch and significantly impact the world we work in.”

Leadership in action: walking the talk

Titan Company’s leadership doesn’t just support volunteering — they lead it.

From the Managing Director actively participating in CSR initiatives to the CEO of Taneira visiting wildlife rescue centers, Titan Company’s leaders embody the spirit of service. The Chief Manufacturing Officer personally led the Titan Company Vanam tree plantation drive, while the Chief Sustainability Officer worked closely with SPOCs to ensure alignment with the company’s purpose. Across departments and regions, Titan Company’s leaders demonstrate that volunteering is a shared mission, inspiring others through action.

Ecosystem of impact: diverse voices, united purpose

Volunteering at Titan Company reflects the diversity of its workforce. Engineers in Roorkee assembled solar lamps, while sales teams in Mumbai conducted career awareness sessions in government schools. During the Kerala floods, employees mobilized relief efforts with urgency and compassion.

Safety teams carried out audits in tribal ITIs, and marketing professionals in Bengaluru found their own avenues to serve. This dynamic network is supported by SPOCs across functions and regions, who connect individuals to causes and ensure that every act of service is meaningful and celebrated.

Purposeful impact: reaching the unreached

Titan Company’s impact is defined not by quantity, but by relevance. Guided by the philosophy of “Reach the Unreached,” Titan Company volunteers contributed over 5,400 hours to direct community engagement, impacting more than 18,400 individuals through CSR projects. The Traffic Warden Program, with over 5,100 hours logged outside regular work schedules, promotes civic awareness and responsible citizenship — core themes in Titan Company’s long-term CSR vision.

Titan Company’s culture of service extends beyond the workplace. In FY 2025, 1,079 family members joined Titan Company employees in volunteering activities, representing 11% of the volunteer base. Their participation reflects Titan Company’s belief that giving back is a shared journey, fostering a spirit of togetherness and multiplying the impact of every initiative.

A spectrum of purpose

Titan Company Footprints offers a wide array of volunteering opportunities tailored to community needs. In FY 2025, 238 activities were conducted across themes such as education, inclusion, environment, health, skill development, and animal welfare. Initiatives included primary eye screenings, the Titan Company Vanam tree plantation (with over 150,000 trees across 120+ native species), and support for wildlife at bear rescue centres. The Adolescent Education Program, led by trained volunteers, tackled sensitive topics like safe boundaries and substance misuse, empowering youth with knowledge and resilience. Titan Company’s volunteers continue to serve as trusted changemakers, committed to creating lasting, community-centered impact.
