Roles and Responsibilities
· Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, Monthly/ quarterly/ Half yearly / yearly reports and compliance tracker
· Manage tax compliance, reporting and filing work of the organization
· Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate tax returns, TDS returns including GST returns and other business-related filings
· Establish appropriate processes for tax risk management and suggest innovative solutions for process improvement using best practices
· Liaise with statutory / internal auditors / tax authorities for all the tax audit / GST audit related matters and certification for transfer pricing
· Review current and deferred tax provision
· Expertise in handling tax compliances on foreign inward / outward payments
· Any other statutory compliance related matters
Qualification:
· Qualified CA /MBA with 3-6 years of experience in handling complex tax matters Direct and indirect taxation; exposure in transfer pricing
· Should be up to date on tax laws and should have an expert level understanding of relevant tax laws and rules
· Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards / IGAAP / IFRS
· Technically strong with good knowledge of GST Act, Income Tax Act, understanding of labour laws
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Mature, proactive, resourceful, highly adaptive and to be able to work well independently under stress with minimal supervision
