1. KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Drive Gift Card sales and achieve the defined business objectives. The segments that will need to be targeted are large corporates and SMEs.
2. MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
· Managing Key Customer Relationship: Initiate, develop, and maintain relationship with Key customer to drive business and ensure repeat business from such customers.
· Achieving Business Objectives: Ensure that the assigned sales targets are met
· Business Development: Creating a healthy pipeline of customers through proactive sourcing in large corporates and SMEs.
3. RIGHT PERSON:
Essential Attributes
· Understanding of the Gift card industry and PPI regulations
· Understanding of the Indian gifting industry and key trends
· Good sales closing skills & account relationship management skills.
· Ability to work in a methodical and organized way
· Market analysis and competition benchmarking skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical thinking an ability to work on data and create monthly reports and insights for leadership
· Computer savvy
Desirable Attributes
· 2-3 years of experience in Gift Card sales or with a gifting company
· Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
· Ability to work with multiple internal teams
4. PROFILE:
-A postgraduate in any discipline with an experience of 3-5 years in Gift Card sales. Should be willing to travel on a need basis. The job will involve extensive fieldwork and internal co-ordination.
