Brief about the team:

Customer Service is part of the customer support team of TATA 1mg. The team is to help the customer support team to give a remarkable experience to the customers. Customer support is a team of people who provide help when customers have trouble with a company-s products or services. It-s ultimately about making sure customers are successful in solving whatever issues they came to your business to help solve.

What will you do:

  •        Training Program Development: Design and develop effective training programs for new hires and existing sales team members. Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives
  •        Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, Utilize various training methods, including role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities, to enhance learning outcomes.
  •         Sales Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to address identified gaps and enhance overall efficiency.
  •         Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to evaluate the performance of sales representatives and Conduct regular audits of calls, and other sales interactions to ensure compliance with established standards.
  •        Performance Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on training effectiveness and sales performance metrics.
  •        Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from sales team members on the effectiveness of training programs and use feedback to continuously refine and improve training initiatives.
  •       Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Collaborate with HR for onboarding processes and ongoing training needs.


What are we looking for

  •  Graduate/MBAwith a minimum of 7  yearsofworkexperiencein a similar role
  • Good Communication & presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience in creating Training content
