Personal Profile
Education ME, M-Tech - Mech. / Automobile Preferred
Skills 1. Skilled in 1D Hydraulic, Pneumatic and mechanical dyanmics.
2. Should have hands on experience: LMS AMESim, Matlab Simulink , Dymola, ADAMS, TruckSim.
3. Good understanding of vehicle dynamics testing and simulation methodologies.
4. Competent in use of Python, C++, FORTRAN, Matlab script added advantages
5. Excellent problem solving skill, written and verbal communication and highly motivated towards task completion, minimum supervision required.
6. Good project management Experience in vehicle suspension modelling.

Work Experience
Relevant Experience:
1. Min 3-5 years hands on experience in 1D simulation model development, analysis and validation.
2. Experience in Vehicle level dynamics handling simulation with the ADAMS and TruckSim software.
3. Hands on experience on Seimens AMEsim software for 1D system model development and result analysis and the correlation with the test results.
4. Excellent ability to perform all virtual assessments related to vehicle dynamics.
5. Good understanding of Vehicle active control System and Proficiency in Co-Simulation tools to validate control strategy.eg ESP, ABS, EBD HPAS, EPAS.
6. Experience in Co-simulation for SIL /MIL testing.
7. Experience in physics based modelling and simulation of different automotive system.
Job Responsibility

1 Execution and development of all virtual assessments related to vehicle dynamics - Suspension, Brakes, Steering system using 1D simulation tool and techniques with the ADAMS and TruckSim software.
2 Execution and development of all 1D model building for components, systems and full vehicle from scratch, eg Brake system (Hydraulic and pneumatic) and steering system, Vehicle level model, powertrain modelling and its validation.
3 Physics based modelling and simulation of different automotive system in 1D software.
4 Execution and development of Vehicle active control System in Co-Simulation tools to validate control strategy.eg ESP, ABS, EBD HPAS, EPAS.
5 Interaction with stakeholders for project data collection, project update and performance improvement, result matrix discussion ( Design, test, CAE team etc).
