AGV Routes optimization: Simulate AGV operations to identify and mitigate traffic concerns, including static clash detection and gridlock identification.
Conduct specific experiments on facility process efficiency, operator travel time,

Experience in Siemens - Plant Simulation softwar e for writing operation & codes.
MOST analysis to perform Manpower calculation.
Line balancing with MTM analysis.
Facility layout study and Bottleneck Analysis for the system capacity Design DOE and facilitate alternative generation for the gaps obser ved in the System Capacity from the target.
Experience of European OEMs / USA OEMs is an advantage,Worked in Plant environmen t for validation & optimization.
Experience of Industrial & Plant Engineering projects of Global OEMs & Tier1s.
Training & Man aging project teams. Skills:
Writing operation codes in Siemens - Plant Simulation software, using inputs such as cycle time, La yout & Process etc Good knowledge of Automotive lines Body Shop, Paint, Connecting conveyors & General Assembly shop
Line bala ncing & manpower allocation with MTM analysis.
Creating process documents and work instructions
Good in Communication in English
Support in RFQ's, estimation and proposal submission.
Independently co-ordination with customer and update progress,Track project timeline and manage to meet milestones.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in tools like Siemens Process Simu late, Plant Sim
Have background of applying TOC theories and statistics.
