·        Service Delivery

Responsibilities:

·        IFRS 17 solution implementation 

·        Ensuring that technology resources meet the company-s short and long-term needs.

·        Acting as a mentor to team members.

·        Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

·        Provides strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development & delivery.

·        Works with HR / consultants and the IT leadership team to develop and execute workforce plans that supply skilled resources to meet current and future demand.

·        Minimum Requirements:

·        12 + Technology Delivery Experience with bachelor's degree or master-s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.

·        10 or more years of managerial experience in information Technology function. 

·        Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology like Java, Oracle pl Sql, .net, SQL Server etc. 

·        Exceptional team management skills.

·        10+ years SAP ERP / Oracle ETL experience 

·        Excellent verbal and written communication.

·        Ability to delegate efficiently.

·        A deep passion for innovation and improving organization performance through the

·        application of immerging technologies and practices.

·        A strong desire to continually learn about new technologies.

·        Results oriented and metrics driven operational leader.

Work well under minimal supervision.

Business transformation 

·        Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

·        Ability to manage conflicting prioties at work- capability to work on several enhancements in parallel

·        Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence.

Vendor Management 

Vendor Management 

·        Manage all the vendor resources who support Data Stage, SSIS, ODS, EDW, and few corporate apps.

Capacity Planning 

·        Provide critical inputs for new ETL, ODS, EDW, enhancements and provide timely updates on the status of the enhancements.

Compliance 

100% Customer Data protection and participate in Audit activities (Internal as well as External)  


Facilitate  DR Drills as per schedule & ensure DR Infrastructure readiness for BCP Users at site

As per Business requirements

Technical 

·        Data warehouse, Data Stage, SSIS, Oracle, SQL. 

·        Expert who can take complete ownership regulatory and internal reporting.

·        Good Life Insurance domain knowledge

·        Act as a Business Analyst and Data Architecture

·        Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

·        Feasibility studies,technical advice and other Business support requirements 

·        Certifications :  Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

·        Knowledge of data architecture would be added advantage.
