Job Description
- Job Purpose
- The Manager, Flight Operations is responsible for the operations and control center of the FTO. The role is also responsible for complying with all eGCA filings regarding flights, flight dispatches and monitoring, flight data analyses for de-briefings by instructional staff and FDR monitoring.
- Key Accountabilities
- Ensure efficient and safe functioning of all flight operations at the FTO
- Manage scheduling for all cadet flights in collaboration with other functional teams to ensure safety, compliance and timely completion of cadet courses
- Ensure flight data records' analysis for better de-briefs by instructors
- Collaborate with other departments within the training center, including instruction, maintenance, compliance, and support functions
- Manage implementation and utilization of all digital systems for operations
- Develop ways to increase operational efficiency throughout the tenure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, peer pricing and business development strategies

- 8+ years of experience in air operations role
- 5+ years experience in airline / FTO / ATC flight operations
- Experience in airline/ FTO IOCC roles with leading airlines
- Experience in Flight Operations ATOs/FTOs in India/Abroad
