ProvideVMware support including incident and work requests within the virtualizationinfrastructure spanning multiple data centers, across multiple VMWare ESXenvironments

Configureand optimize the virtual infrastructure

Workingwith change tools to maintain client SLAs

Monitorvirtualization infrastructure and provide advice on capacity requirements

Providesecurity compliance under relevant security policies

Providesupport and advice to projects requiring IT platforms support

Proactivelymanaging the environment to prevent incidents from occurring

Proactivelyidentify inefficiencies in operations with the objective of improving thequality of the working environment Requirements:

Experienceand demonstrated skills in systems administration which includes; 24x7operations, Virtualization environments (VMware) across multiple VMWare ESXenvironments,ISCSI storage and Multiple data centers

In depthknowledge in Windows Server , 2012,2016 and 2019.

Manage& Maintain VMware.ISCSI storage infrastructure

In depthknowledge in DNS, DHCP and file services

Responsiblefor troubleshooting OS & server hardware related issues by coordinatingwith Data Center engineers.

Identifyissues in the Windows environment proactively.

Troubleshootingand break-fix of issues in Windows

Healthcheck of Windows environment

Responsiblefor applying security patches to windows servers using WSUS

Responsiblefor building & hardening windows servers

Analyzeserver logs & provide root cause analysis during Major incidents

Manage& maintain permissions on File servers

KeySkills/ Knowledge: (Required)

Install,configure and maintain VMware ESXi & vCenter servers of version 7.0 &8.0

Troubleshootingand RCA of VMware infrastructure.

Performanceanalysis and tuning of VMware infrastructure.

Creation,migration, cloning, snapshots, backup, recovery and troubleshooting of Virtualmachines

Experiencein P2V, VMotion and VMware virtual center.

Good handson the command line of ESX.

Good handson Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESX server environment.

Goodunderstanding of HA and DRS environments.
