Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** 1. Should have knowledge on configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline, integrations, ITSM, CSM and custom applications to enhance the platform. 2. Support User Acceptance Testing by resolving the issues identified during UAT. Design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions for TSM, CSM, ITSM & CMDB.
Good-to-Have Good to have the Testing Knowledge would be added advantage.
