Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Portal Development (External/Internal) Project Management:

Lead the development and management of both external and internal portals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Ensure the portals meet user requirements and are delivered on time.

Business analysis / System analysis

• Lead and manage a team of systems analysts to ensure successful system implementation and maintenance.
• Oversee the analysis and evaluation of current systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the gathering and documentation of system requirements from users.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and system design documents.
• Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
• Oversee system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide training and support to users on new systems and updates.
• Ensure systems meet business and technical requirements.
• Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a small team.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in IP transit business and traffic analysis.
Experience with network engineering and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in IP transit and portal development.
Strong project management skills with experience in portal development.
Experience in leading Data Analyst tasks.
