Purpose

-The role is responsible for continuous Production of Anodizing and related  analysis and ensure data driven FACA and decisions

Key Responsibility

Production

-Responsible for plan vs Actual
- RRCA for failure 
- Yield %
- Owns process dashboards
- Workforce management
- Tracability of parts
- OEE

Troubleshooting

-Ensure Data driven FACA is implemented

Coordination with QC

- Should act like bridge between Process and Quality.
- Should have close monitoring on changes in process to be communicated to QC

Production Process Sustenance

-Should communicate with Production team on trends for Line Parameters and Lab analysis Control Charts

Leadership

-Team work, Pioneering, Ownership, time management

Systems skill

-Advance excel, PPT, word

Qualification

-B,Tech Chemical engineering

Experience

- 2-4  Years Experience in Anodizing or plating experience

Additional Technical Requirements

Knowledge of Data analysis and Statistics 
FACA tools
Applications/Software - JMP, Excel, Tableau (preferred)
