Job Description


·       Requirement gathering based on customer needs

·       Project planning

·       Teamcenter Infrastructure planning- Network, Firewall, Azure cloud, servers, costing, HADR, HTTPS, SSO etc

·       Creating process documents for AS-IS and TO-BE system

·       Upgrade from TC11.5 to TC14.1 Build different demo environment- build the production and non-production environments with cad integration (TEAMCENTER/NX) on Microsoft Azure cloud Handling multisite processes which include providing support the data transfer by coordinating with Clients.

·       Perform Teamcenter Server Health Check-up and monitor performance maintenance

·       Utilize Teamcenter applications including EBOM2TC and CODEP feed

·       Coordinate with extended team and support

·       Provide WAR/EAR file deployment for custom web applications

·       Perform Load Performance testing as per deployment plan of Teamcenter change, TMS queue configuration, and UNIX/Linux & Windows scripting

·       Provide Level 3 Support for Teamcenter using Windows batch scripting and server configuration for custom solution

·       Install application code, service pack, hot fix, license manager etc. as per client requirements, check hardware and software compatibility as per given specification by principal software OEM for effective performance of application

·       Provide training to customer base for given modules of PLM applications

·       Effectively and set up methodologies for the users

·       Debug the source code for any issues reported and resolve the same

·       Participate in software release cycle like block point releases

·       Adhere to SLA's for response and reaction time of tickets. The beneficiary will be required to develop self-skills on new modules as specified by team lead and stick to timelines for internal demonstration

·       Educate the new members in the team (where required), capture new learning's and documents them to share with the team

·       Generate and submit ideas; provide ideas to improve project related activities and the product. The beneficiary will be required to roll out initiatives, marketing campaigns and support other regions on technical requirements

·       Perform requirements analysis is the process of documenting, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders. Requirement Management also includes collection of the specification from the client and converting it into the Requirement

·       Support the change process in systems engineering, including: the process of requesting, determining attainability, planning, implementing, and evaluating of changes to a system

Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree or Foreign Equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical field and 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a position/job involving PLM implementation experience.

Must also have experience with:
  • 2 years of experience with PLM Administration
  • 2 years of experience with PLM Support & Consultancy
  • Any amount of experience with:
o    Oracle Platform

o    Windows 7 and 10

o    Microsoft Azure Cloud

o    Active workplace platform (Version 4.2.1+)
  • Demonstrated knowledge* of the following:
o    PLM upgrading and integration

o    Teamcenter
  • Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training, and/or experience.
  • May be eligible for full or part time telecommuting with authorization from Manager and HR
 Regional salary adjustments for CA, CO, NY and WA States are base + 20%-30%

LOCATION: 6001 Cass Ave, Suite 600, Detroit MI, 48202 (and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US)
