 The Role:

  Provide estimates for requirements, analyses and develop application as per the requirement.

·       Induct best security practices while developing applications.

·       Transform the application development by introducing latest technologies and methodologies.

·       Participate in the full life-cycle of a project, from its conception to its realization

Area of Responsibility  

1.     Expand and use of standard technology, frameworks, processes and best practices.

2.     Work on projects using emerging technologies and platforms

3.     Ability to lead and deliver change in a very productive way

4.     Lead Technical discussions with customers to find the best possible solutions.

5.     Hands on experience in leading development team, performing code reviews and ensure the delivery of the project.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect and managing client communication (if required)

Knowledge / Experience

  Expertise in Full Stack Java development using Core Java, Servlet,JSP,  Java frameworks and libraries such as, Struts, J2EE, SPRING, EJB

2.     Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with complete understanding of Object-Oriented principles, data structures, algorithms and design patterns 

1. Good knowledge about Unix Fundamentals - ability to understand and write scripts and able to write batch jobs

4.     Must have knowledge on application server, web server and database server

5.     Highly skilled in using different IDE's i.e.  VS code, eclipse. IBM Rational Software Architect 9.0

6.     Exposure to different frontend frameworks especially: AngularJS

7.     Minimum 3+ years working in a continuous integration driven environment with proven track record of progressive thinking and continuous improvement.

8.     Must have strong knowledge in using different databases such as MySQL, Oracle

9.     Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.)

10.  Development experience on the Linux operating system and Web logic application Server.

11.  Experience with Design Patterns and Enterprise Integration Patterns, including file transfers, messaging, routing, transforming, enriching, etc.

12.  Experience with source control software (Bit bucket), unit testing (JUnit), and build automation/CI (Jenkins)

13.  Developing/deploying software in the cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

14.  Experience with Micro services architectures and protocols (e.g. REST, GraphQL, gRPC, AMPQ)
