Role and Responsibilities
Understanding the Project Requirements
- PFD & P & IDs., Heat & Mass Balance, Engineering drawings isometric, Plant and equipment lay out, BOM, Selection of MOC, Equipment specifications, Project Planning across project life cycle, Project Proposals, Cost estimates, Implementation plans, Project feasibility study, Project Dossiers
- Plant & Process Safety systems
- Equipment inspection at various stage of project execution
- Pre-start up, commissioning, Start up and performance test
Designing / Sizing / Selection / Operation / Execution / Commissioning of
- Gas & Liquid transport system with piping network.
- Heat Exchanges, Cooling towers, evaporators, dryers
- Centrifuge, silos, tanks, agitator, separation, packing machines, elevators, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, fans & blowers, compressor, central air conditioning, distillation, scrubbers, stripper, absorbers,
- Respective accessories, instrumentation, connected networks
- Conducting PHA, PSSR, HAZOP
- SHE consideration inherent to design & planning
- Ensure Safety -construction, commissioning and operations
- Safety Norms - Systems : Work Permit, LOTOTO, Confined Space, Process safety & hazards - Isolation
- ISO 9001, 14001, 18001
