Minimum qualification & experience
- 2.5+ years' experience of working on IT security projects in a fast-paced, time-bound environment.
- Certifications from CCNA and CCNP
- Troubleshooting of complex service disruption/degradation issues, where
- MPLS, DMVPN, IPSEC, Zscaler and Firewall services involved
- Configuring of routing protocols BGP/OSPF/Static and Switch VLANs
- Performing IOS upgradation on TATA managed customer routers.
- Configuring of NetFlow, SNMP, IPSLA, access-lists, prefix-lists, IP-helper, as per customer requirements.
- Tracking maintenance activities from TATA backbone, Performing Impact analysis and notifying customers.
- Performing failover tests for customers sites as per customer request. .
- Must know about ZIA, ZPA and ZDX traffic flow and architecture, URL and cloud app control policy, end to end policy-based configuration and modification on Zscaler admin and mobile portal / client connector portal.
- Detailed understanding of Zscaler app and configuration with respect to Zapp on client connect portal.
Other knowledge/skills
- Strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals like FortiGate, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, HSRP, VPN, IPSEC, TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, DNS, DHCP, encryption, routing, switching, etc.
- Have experience on capturing and analyzing Wireshark logs.
- Experience with Security Architecture, Engineering and Operations in a large environment.
- Excellent communications skills interacting with technical and business audiences
- Skilled in technical troubleshooting of various aspects of security and network infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions or escalations with minimal supervision in a dynamic and globally distributed team environment.
- Aptitude to rapidly learn and apply new, highly technical skills.
