·        Manage technical network solutions and frameworkof Customer network infrastructure.

·        Designing of network infrastructure withknowledge in HLD and LLD

·        Develop Tech Refresh Planning, Migration approach,Cutover planning, Testing plan and Rollback plan.

·        Upgrade network hardware and software componentsas required.

·        Ability to drive the Site survey in coordinationwith the Vendors from the perspective of Racking, Power, and Cablingrequirements of the Network Devices as part of Tech Refresh

·        Coordinate with the Vendor and enable the remoteaccess for the Network Devices

·        Design, implement and manage securitycountermeasures when network vulnerabilities arise.

·        Develop and deliver design documentation fornew/old program ramp-up or ramp-down.

·        Perform network troubleshooting to isolate anddiagnose Critical network problems.
