JOB ROLE: ACR -Trainer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Requirement:

·        Any fulltimeGraduate who has a trainer experience in Corporate & Commercial Lending,FIG/Corporate & Investment Banking.

·        Willingness towork in all shifts.

·        Mode of Salarycredit should be through bank from all the employees (No Cash in hand).

·        All educationaland employment documents are mandatory to have.

Skill requirement:

·        Understanding ofCredit Functions, Risk Analysis, and product/business requirement.

·        Upskill resourceson evolving Corporate & Commercial banking Credit and Analytical skills.

·        Keeping abreast of trainee learning trends; Ability to conductvirtual training as well as in-person training.

• Providingsupport and mentoring for new Credit Analysts while conducting an evaluationand identifying areas where improvements are needed.
