· Must have 10+ Years working experience in PeopleSoft CRM 8.8-9.xapplication and PeopleTools 8.5x tools
· Experience in PeopleSoft functional CRM modules like Customer,Accounts, Order Capture, 360 Degree View & Case Management
· Must have experience in Oracle database
· Work experience in Agile & Scrum methodology.
