Job Description:
Must Have:
· ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation,upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of HANA Database administration, DB and client installationand upgrades
· BOBJ systems installation, upgrade and troubleshooting
· S4HANA - conversion, migration, upgrade and troubleshooting
Good to have:
· Good experience in Basis tasks, should be able to provide solution/consultingon Basis issues
· Working knowledge of production support projects w.r.t incidents, servicerequests and RCA
Responsibilities:
SAP Basis support on incidents, outages and servicerequests
Plan and handle tasks independently
Collaborate with other teams in providing solutionsto customer issues and requests until closure
ITSM knowledge/experience - Incident, Service,Change, and Problem management
Strong oral and written communication skills with apositive can-do & self-starter attitude
