Job Role - Manager /AML

Job Requirement:·      

  Managers should have a minimum of 10+ years of experience, 

Actas the first level reviewer - make initial investigation decisions oncorresponding banking BSA cases as well as determine the specific informationneeded to manage the investigation.

1.      Know and understand the laws applicable to money laundering, toinclude the BSA, the USA PATRIOT Act, US Treasury AML guidelines,OFAC requirements and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements.

2.      Expert level knowledge on AML Surveillance (Transaction Monitoring) -Proven track record in conducting deep dive analysis on AML alert (L1, L2 andescalations)

3.      Ability to drive and exceed SLA expectations for team.

4.       Should be handling a team of 50+ FTE'S.·      

5.        Shouldbe flexible to work in any shifts.
