·         Proven proficiency in the design, implementation, and management of backup solutions using Dell EMC Networker integrated with Data Domain, protecting data from:

o   Microsoft Hyper-V clusters;

o   Physical and virtual servers running Microsoft Windows and Suse Linux;

o   Oracle RMAN.

·         Proven hands-on experience with next-gen modern backup solutions such as Veeam, Rubrik, and other industry-leading technologies.

·         In-depth knowledge of backup and recovery best practices, including data deduplication, compression, and encryption.

·         Good problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve backup and recovery issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

·         Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backup configurations, policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure.
