·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         10+ years of experience in IT, experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry is a plus.

·         Excellent knowledge of File Share permissions

·         Excellent knowledge of DFS and DFS structures

·         Excellent knowledge on NTFS File permissions

·         Excellent knowledge of Windows Printing services

·         Good knowledge of Identity Management, Active Directory, AzureAD / EntraID

·         Good knowledge of AD objects, AD delegation models, complex group policies, especially under user and computer objects

·         Knowledge of features like, LAPS, AppLocker, BitLocker on AD

·         Knowledge of PowerShell

·         Good automation skills

·         Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.

·         Good documentation skills

·         Strong willing to continuous learning and continuous improvement
