· Proven airlineexperience in reservation, departure control, ground handling & sharedsystems support.
· Good workingknowledge of airport procedures and processes such as check-in processes (bagtagging, seat assignment, special assistance, rebooking etc.), Kiosk,self-service baggage drop, baggage reconciliation system, biometrics.
· Technicalknowledge to run command line tool/ interface, executable applications, APIintegrations and ground handling system.
· Proven workingexperience to support live airline operations.
