IT Experience : 7 to 10 yrs exp

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid technical background are essential as it is the ability to multitask in a face paced environment.
• In depth knowledge in Investment banking, Trading application (Charles River IMS V22R1 / 18R2 ) and Asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives etc.
• Extensive experience as Charles River front office support interacting with traders and portfolio managers on daily basis to help troubleshoot issues throughout the entire life cycle of the order.
• Monitor and attend to all the alerts and escalate production issues as required to relevant teams and management.  
• Experience in creating\\modifying pre-trade and portfolio compliance rules based on business requirements.
• Work with Traders\\Portfolio Managers on addressing Manager Workbench issues in response to functionalities like Rebalancing, modelling, etc.
• Work with Traders\\ Portfolio Managers on addressing Blotter and trade workflow issues.
• Experience in creating\\modifying different types of workflow rules.
• Coordinate with various teams including onshore staff , CRD and raise support ticket for all issues, analyse root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.
• Candidate should be flexible to provide attend on-call support after hours including weekend to support critical issues and production releases.
• Take ownership and initiative ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
• Experience in incident , problem, and change management in ServiceNow is Mandatory.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL.
• Flexibility to work in EMEA shift
