10+ years of embedded software development experience in C/C++/Java Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated leadership at a management level. Five (5) years of experience as an architect working on a complex (IVI / Mobile) embedded systems with advanced technologies like speech, networking, image processing, AI/ML, etc. Experience in Multimedia, Radio (AM/FM/SXM/DAB/HD), Navigation, Projection (Android Auto, Carplay), Audio Framework, Voice, VPA, Interior/Exterior sensing (Camera) Experience in Android audio stack components like Stagefright, OMX components, Audioflinger, AudioHAL, audio policy configurations Good understanding Audio codec, A2B bus, USB audio and multimedia framework. Experience with Android Multimedia System, GStreamer, Stagefright, Codec2,OpenMax Domain knowledge and experience with Android systems including the application framework, native framework, and HAL and HIDL vendor implementation Deep understanding of Google Automotive Services, Car services, Display - Surfaceflinger, Graphics, multimedia Frameworks Experience in mobile and multimedia software development as well as cutting-edge video streaming technologies such as audio/video codecs (AVC, HEVC, AAC, AC-3), DRM (Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady), media frameworks (gstreamer, openMAX, iOS AV), streaming technologies (DASH, HLS, SmoothStreaming) and media container formats. Knowledge of Camera Sensors, ISP, Image quality, Camera Calibration and interface components like CSI, Serializers/Deserializers. Experience in Smartphone Projection Technologies for Infotainment Head Units (CarPlay/Carlife/SDL/Android Auto/Mirrorlink/Miracast/DLNA) Knowledge in Video/Audio interfaces for decoding and rendering/Playback (GStreamer, QNX screen, OpenGL, OpenSLes, ALSA)
