• Design, implement, and maintain CyberArk and BeyondTrust solutions to ensure the security and integrity of privileged accounts and access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess business needs, and develop PAM strategies and solutions.
• Configure and customize CyberArk and BeyondTrust platforms based on best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of privileged access controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other IT staff on CyberArk and BeyondTrust-related issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of PAM system issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PAM technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
• Participate in security audits, assessments, and compliance reviews, and assist in remediation efforts as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures related to CyberArk and BeyondTrust implementations.
