experience in Network operations support Experience in managing Corporate WAN and Wireless support Experience in handling Corporate WAN networks, Routing & Switching (CCNA certification is preferred) Good Verbal and written communication skills in English In-depth knowledge of network environments (including providers and services). Experience with advanced network diagnostic tools. Experienced and proficient with Major Incident support and Provide support and resolution to network-related incidents and service requests within defined service level agreements (SLAs) Monitor and report on network health using management tools
