Job Description

Broad outline of the Role

The Contact Center Pre-sales STS will be responsible for providing technical and business expertise to support our sales team. This role involves working closely with the sales team and customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions aligned to TATA Communications Contact center technology and services offering that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of our products and services to both the sales team and customers.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and responses to RFx
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.


Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales role in the Unified Communications/Contact center industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about customer needs.
  • Self driven Team player with zeal of learning
  • People management skills, able to maintain good rapport with CFTs.
  • Technical skills on PSTN, Voice, Contact center technology components & Features such as Voice gateways, ACD, IVR, QM, WFM, CTI, Bots, Recording solutions, API Integrations etc.
  • Understanding of leading On-prem and Cloud Contact center Technologies such as Genesys Cloud/Engage, WebEx CC, Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Enghouse, Aspect, etc.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and presentations.
