Work experience required on Excel, Power BI & PPT.
Excellent Client handling skills and management skills are required.
Experience in managing the billing process of operation activities.
Assisting in onboarding/offboarding process of employees in Project.
Experience in keeping records  of every team productivity, quality and other parameters.
Ability to co-ordinate with Operational leads and get the desired output requested. 
Ability to generate the process improvement ideas from the existing workflow. 
Ready to work in Australian shift.

 

Required Skills:    Self-driven, time management, multi-tasking, effective communication, Time Flexible.

 

Mandatory Knowledge and experience:    

Must have Knowledge in Power BI tool.
Must have very good communications skills.  
Must have knowledge in Excel and able to prepare presentations.
Must possess good understanding on client requirements.
Must have experience on billing activities.
