What will you do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals to protect sensitive data and maintain customer trust.
  
  
• Oversee regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat management initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
  
  
•  Ensure robust security measures for applications and data, including secure coding practices, data encryption, data protection and access controls.
  
  
•  Lead the incident response team to swiftly detect, respond to and recover from cyber incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring continuity.
  
  
•  Establish and enforce security policies.
  
  
•  Drive security awareness programs to cultivate a culture of security among employees and stakeholders.
  
  
•  Work closely with IT, legal and business units to align security initiatives with organizational objectives and ensure stakeholder communication.
  
  
•  Evaluate and integrate new cybersecurity technologies and practices to enhance the organization-s security posture.
  
  
•  Drive the operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure real time monitoring, detection and response to security incidents enhancing the organization-s overall security posture.
  
  
•  Lead and manage red teaming exercises to simulate advanced persistent threats, testing the organization's defenses and readiness.
  
  
•  Oversee bug bounty programs to engage with external security researchers, encouraging the discovery and responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities.
  
  
• Ensure the implementation of stringent security measures to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What are we looking for:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.
  
  
• Experience in managing and responding to security incidents and breaches.
  
  
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and practices, including network security, application security, data protection, threat management and incident response
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present security strategies to senior leadership
  
  
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent are highly desirable.
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  
  
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
