Job Description

The role is responsible for Business operations for MOVE Services . This is Tactical role which enables sales & provides a marked contribution with numbers in terms of Outlook, achievement, AOP, budgeting and defining the direction of new products, processes, standards or operational plans based upon business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results. Drive the collection and analysis of data. 

Responsibilities:

Define requirements & lead/own from concept to launch (with accountability for delivery). Ownership of building roadmaps and offerings and ensuring governance to drive implementation.
Support and propose improvements in systems
Specify, monitor & manage product financial, technical, service & operational performance levels. Tracking the product(s) P&L, revenue, new business, and profitability including competitive pricing of the product(s) in the marketplace to achieve desired sales volumes/optimized profit.
Provide timely and accurate forecasts for and reporting on product or solution revenues and costs.

Define the products value proposition for Sales. Engage in product education/Trainings, through available channel. Provide Sales and commercials teams with appropriate pricing guidelines and support special pricing and special solutioning on need basis.
Focus is on implementation and control

Self-starter, capable of identifying priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

Able to identify key issues and significantly improve, change, or adapt existing methods and techniques
The role may be an individual contributor or may lead a small team.

Minimum qualification & experience

Business Analytics, MIS, reporting

Consulting and project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Product management/sales related experience

Desired Skill sets

Technical and commercial orientation
Solution orientation, ability to perceive end to end solution.
Expert in Data Modelling, Data Visualization & business intelligence.

Power Bi, Power Automate & Microsoft Query

Deep knowledge of advance excel and process definition & optimization and presentation

Ability to communicate insights verbally, visually and in writing.

Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation skills.
