Second Level Packet Core Assurance Engineer

Engineering or equivalent with min 8 years of operational experience in handling & troubleshooting of Ericsson Packet CORE EPC Products - SGSN, GGSN, MME, SP GateWay, EPDG, DRA, DAE, VSTP, Cloud PACO. AMF UPF 5GSA

Experience with troubleshooting tools, Trace & log file analysis tools, and with measuring equipment EPC PACO, CLOUD.

Tracing and Resolving complex logs analysis for Ericsson Packet Core Nodes 3G, 4G & 5G

Experience with trouble ticket tools and process Products Support, SGSN, MME, All Gateway

Good working knowledge of UNIX or Linux operating systems

Candidates with experience and/or certification in VMWare will be preferred
