Sermo-PM
India ceases to be a joint venture company of Voltas
October

The
company has on October 6, 2005 transfered its entire
50 per cent shareholding comprising 6,500,000 equity
shares of Rs 10 each of Sermo-PM India (SPMIL), a joint
venture company with Sermo Montaigu, France to Sermo
(SAS) having its registered office at Saint Hilaire
de Laulay, France.
SPMIL therefore ceases
to be a joint venture company of Voltas effective October
6, 2005.
