Voltas
sells arm to Lodha Group

Tata Group company Voltas today
said it has sold its subsidiary Simtools to real estate
developer Lodha Group for Rs 78.44 crore. Voltas has
transferred the entire stake in Simtools to Lodha Developers
Pvt Ltd and its nominees, the company informed the BSE.
Lodha Group has a strong presence in south Mumbai and
suburbs. Simtools became a wholly owned subsidiary of
Voltas in 2004.
