Titan is official timing partner for the Hutch Delhi half Marathon 2005

Titan, the official timing partner for "The Hutch Delhi Half Marathon 2005" along with ace Indian marksman Lieutenant-Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore unveiled the official "Titan Marathon Clocks" in show of support to India's biggest sporting spectacle. The "Titan Marathon Clocks" will be installed at the start and end gates of the marathon in addition to being mounted on the lead vehicle, which will marshal participants of the half marathon scheduled for October 16, 2005 in Delhi.

"Titan Marathon Clocks are a reflection and recognition of the spirit of the large number of participants who keep ticking against all odds and circumstances and are in conjunction with the relentless, undying human spirit, which is epitomised by The Hutch Delhi Half Marathon", said Lieutenant-Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore.

Speaking on the occasion  Arvind Shukla, regional sales manager — North at Titan, said, "Time, movement, universal appeal, social responsibility — everything that Titan epitomises — have been synchronised into this globally acclaimed event providing an apt fit to the brand, while ensuring a meaningful contribution to the society."

Adding to the fanfare of the sporting spectacle, the company has installed Titan's goodwill message board for individuals to cheer and support by penning inspirational messages for participants of the event. Indian shooting ace Lieutenant-Colonel Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, one of the participants to the October 16th half marathon, signed off Titan's goodwill message board with a message — "Let's all come together for India".
