bags Brand Excellence Award
A
befitting culmination to an year of acclamations

Tanishq,
India's leading jewellery brand, further strengthened
its stake as the pioneering jewellery brand in
India during the calendar year 2004. Capitalising
on its design and retail expertise, Tanishq has
sustained its dominant position in the branded
jewellery segment while achieving recognition
at significant platforms. Culminating this momentous
year of accomplishments is the Award for Brand
Excellence at the upcoming Fourth Marketing Excellence
Awards.
The
nomination to the Fourth marketing Excellence
Award adds another prestigious recognition to
Tanishq's yearlong achievements in 2004. Apart
from being adjudged the Most Admired Brand for
the third consecutive year at the Images Fashion
Awards, Tanishq also won the Images "Retailer
of the year" Award under the Fashion category.
Tanishq's Aamra collection was also adjudged the
"Best Accessory Design" in the 'Jewellery'
category at the NID-BusinessWorld Awards
2004.
On
the individual front, three designers from Tanishq
Design Studio were chosen by Diamond Trading Company
for 'Diamonds: Nature's Miracle' 2004 collection.
"Yatra, the journey" designed by Sumit
Jain and sponsored by Suresh Brothers was selected
in the Diamonds Nature's Miracle International
Collection, while "The Odyssey" by Pallavi
Dudeja Foley sponsored by Asian Star was chosen
for the Diamonds 2004 collection, Vivaha Collection
Debashish Mishra's piece, "The Dust Beauty"
also got selected in the Diamonds Natures Miracle
Indian Collection.

his delight on Tanishq's performance through the

jewellery market in India with various new launches

range for which India's leading designer Sabyasachi
Mukherjee created an exclusive clothing line Tanishq's
year long initiatives encompassing numerous festive
promotions, new ranges like the recent platinum
launch and latest innovative collections like
'Day Times', 'Light Weight Colours', 'Aamra',
festive collections among others have comprehensively
stirred the industry all through the year.
Tanishq
has made another splash this season with a grand
offer for its customers in December 2004
the Diamonds for Gold offer, where customers can
exchange their old gold ornaments for Tanishq
diamond jewellery. Diamonds being in vogue this
season, this offer comes with a promise of accessibility
to every customer who aspires to own diamond jewellery
from Tanishq without having to invest further
in the already appreciated gold. This nationwide
scheme offered across all Tanishq boutiques will
be available to customers till December 31, 2004.
