Titan Industries chairman resigns

Titan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that D Rajendran, chairman & director of the company, nominee of Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (TIDCO) has resigned as chairman & director of the company, consequent to his transfer. Shaktikanta Das, IAS, secretary of the Industries Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, has been nominated as chairman & director of the company, nominated by TIDCO.
