MA Gowrishankar has resigned as chairman and director of Titan Industries. M Kalaivanan, one of the directors, has also resigned from the company. Both were nominee directors of Tamil Nadu Industrial Corporation (Tidco). R Vijayakumar has been appointed as a nominee director of Tidco in place of M Kalaivanan.
