Research firm Forrester cites TCS as a leader in Oracle
implementation providers report

TCS noted for its pre-built, industry-specific solutions
that speed implementation time and reduce implementation
effort
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT
services, business solutions and outsourcing firm, today
announced that Forrester, an independent research firm,
cited TCS as a Leader in its March 10, 2008 report titled
"The Forrester Wave: Oracle Implementation Providers,
Q1 2008".
Forrester analysed thirteen service providers across
107 criteria. The criteria were grouped into three categories
of current offering, strategy, and market presence.
In this evaluation, TCS was positioned in the leader
category.
The report notes TCS's focus on specific solutions
developed for vertical industries: "Key industries
include financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications,
and travel; TCS has pre-built, industry specific editions
within these and other sectors that speed implementation
time and reduce implementation effort."
