leadership team
TCS
Financial Solutions, a strategic business unit of Tata
Consultancy Services, a leading IT services, business
solutions and outsourcing firm, unveiled a new executive
team made up of product specialists from the financial
services domain.
TCS
Financial Solutions has appointed Robert U Mullen as
head of global sales and Dennis Roman as chief marketing

Solutions, NG Subramaniam, Mullen will be responsible
for driving global sales for the TCS BaNCS suite of
products and Roman will drive the branding and positioning

The
new appointments complete a product-centric team for
TCS Financial Solutions. Earlier this year, TCS Financial

operating officer, Glenn Stafford as head of product
management and Frederick Szto as chief financial officer.
Commenting
on his new team, NG Subramaniam said: "The members
of this leadership team have both outstanding experience

highly successful organisations that focus on customer
success and consistent delivery of best-in-class, client-focused
solutions. Their knowledge, experience and commitment
to success will impact positively on the global growth
of TCS BaNCS product range and the performance of our
clients.
Mullen
and Roman said: "Given TCS BaNCS's exceptional
reputation and advanced functionality and architecture,
we believe TCS Financial Solutions can make a significant
impact on the solutions marketplace for financial institutions."

to joining TCS Financial Solutions, Robert U Mullen
was president of Worldwide Field Operations at Chordiant
Software Inc. As a member of Chordiant's board strategy
committee, he was responsible for sales, pre-sales,
marketing and delivery activities worldwide. He has
also held a number of executive positions during his
eight years with IBM in the financial services sector.
Immediately
before joining TCS Financial Solutions, Dennis Roman

solutions for a period of five years. Dennis has also
worked as Hewlett Packard's worldwide director of banking
and financial markets and helped define and execute
the firm's worldwide solutions and go-to-market strategies
for banks and capital markets.
