TCS amalgamation plan

The proposed scheme of amalgamation of Tata Infotech Ltd with TCS will be considered at separate meetings of unsecured creditors and shareholders of TCS on October 18 next. The meetings are being held as per the order of Bombay High Court, the IT major TCS informed the BSE on Tuesday.
