Tata Consultancy Services-Certifying Authority (TCS-CA), a PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) service provider; announced that the Chhattisgarh Infotech and Biotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) has joined hands with it to become a digital certificate issuing authority. CHiPS is the nodal agency and prime move for propelling IT growth and implementation of IT plans in the state. CHiPS will act as an issuing authority that can issue digital certificates to the government and citizens of Chhattisgarh.
