Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has reported to BSE that JM Morgan Stanley, which is acting as a stabilising agent on behalf of the company, is not purchasing any equity shares under the green shoe option till September 1 as the share price of TCS was quoting higher then the issue price of Rs 850 per share.
