Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has invited noted bureaucrat and chairman of the committee on government's civil aviation policy Naresh Chandra to join its board of directors, an official release from TCS stated. Mr Chandra, who will be joining the TCS board of directors, had an illustrious career with the government for over four decades. He was ambassador of India to the USA between 1996-2001. He was also chairman of the committee on corporate governance set up by the government of India. At present, he is also the co-chairman from the Indian side for the India-US strategic Dialogue under the auspices of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and and ASPEN Strategic Group, USA.
