IT major Tata Consultancy Services has recorded a net revenue of Rs 4,187 crore for the year ended March 2002, posting a growth of between 35 and 36 per cent, a senior company official said. "In terms of pure TCS net revenues, we posted Rs 4,187 crore as per Indian accounting standards," TCS executive vice-president V-P Phiroz A Vandrevala said. Stating that TCS has started internal work towards preparing for the proposed IPO, Vandrevala said, "We are working on US GAAP taking into account the last five years.
