The TCE Consulting Engineers provided project management consultancy services to the award-winning Ebene Cyber Tower, Mauritius

Ebene Cyber Tower, Mauritius was awarded the “Intelligent Building of the Year” by the Intelligent Community Forum (ICF), USA. The first place was secured amongst two others closely competing finalists. TCE Consulting Engineers Limited had provided project management consultancy. The selection is made every year, based on nominations received from all over the world.

His excellency, Dr Manmohan Singh, prime minister of India had inaugurated the Ebene Cyber Tower on April 1, 2005. Completed in June 2004, the building has been in full operation since then.

The 12-storey building was cited by ICF for its development as a major component of an integrated community project called Ebene Cyber City, which is part of a plan by the Government of Mauritius to develop information and communications technologies as a fifth pillar of the nation’s economy, as it moves into the digital age.
