Tata Yodogawa has informed the BSE that the tenure of Prem Sagar, vice-chairman & managing director, has expired on February 28, 2002. Accordingly, he has relinquished his office. The board of directors at its meeting appointed R P Tyagi as managing director effective March 01, 2002.
