In a significant achievement first of its kind for a
cellular service provider in India, Tata Teleservices
Limited, India's premier telecom service provider, which
operates under the brand name Tata Indicom, today announced
that it's the only telecom operator in the world to
have the largest 1000 exclusive 'True Value Shoppe's'
across its 20 circles.
The announcement was made during
the launch of its first True Value Hub in Mumbai. The
inauguration of the first True Value Hub in Mumbai was
done by the ace tennis sensation Sania Mirza, who is
also the brand ambassador for Tata Indicom.
Tata Teleservices has recently
introduced the concept of ' True Value Outlets' to increase
its retail presence in India. The retail initiative
has been planned on a 3 -tier approach namely True Value
Hub, True Value Shoppe and True Value Express.
True Value Hubs, which is an
"Integrated Service Center" provides an end-to-end
experience for the customers, which are strategically
visible for high street retailing. These exclusive outlets
are aimed at achieving Visibility, Customer Touch Points
and Real Experience. This initiative will also enhance
their presence in the retails segment.
Inaugurating the First True Value
Hub in Mumbai Sania Mirza, Brand Ambassador for Tata

Tata Indicom True Value hubs

Zone ,and check out the games and wallpapers catalogues.
The online systems at the True Value Hub not only allows
the customer to walk in for registering complaints and
seek resolutions but also facilitates 24-hr payment
machines that accept cash and cheque payments.
