Tata Teleservices announces unique combo offer

Tata Teleservices today announced a unique combo offer whereby; a customer purchasing a Tata Indicom CDMA mobile phone with a post-paid connection would get a fixed wireless phone (FWP) ‘Walky’ with NIL upfront charges or security deposit. This combo offer would be open till April 30, 2005.

Customers can now purchase a new Tata Indicom mobile phone with a post-paid connection and can also take home a ‘Walky’ phone with NIL upfront charge or security deposit. This unique combo offer is in line with the company’s promise of changing the way people communicate. The combo offer gives a customer a wide choice of CDMA mobile handsets to choose from:

• Combo offer price with Motorola C131 — Rs 2,220/- only
• Combo offer price with either of the Kyocera Colour models (Blade, Rave, Phantom or KX444 ) — Rs 3,999/- only
• Combo offer price with colour LG 5235 — Rs 5,999/- only

The customer would also be able to make unlimited free calls from this Walky to this mobile for a year. The calls from this mobile to this Walky will be charged at only 30 paisa per minute. The monthly rental and the CLI charges for the mobile (in case of LG and Kyocera mobile handsets) would be totally waived off for the first six months.
